Held money is not yours to withdraw until the sale can no longer be reversed, so a refund can never come out of a payout you have already taken. What closes the hold depends on what was sold.

Add your PAN and bank account once, then request a withdrawal of ₹100 or more. The request takes your whole withdrawable balance, and that amount is reserved the moment you ask.

NefyX reviews each request before any money leaves. Once approved, the transfer goes to the bank account you added, and the payout is marked complete only when the bank transfer is confirmed. NefyX charges no payout fee.

Buyer protection
Buyers pay people they have never met. These five rules are enforced by the product itself, so a buyer is not relying on a creator's good intentions.
Every Ask a Doubt shows the creator's reply deadline before the buyer pays. If the deadline passes without an answer, the payment is refunded automatically. The buyer does not have to ask.
Automatic
The creator chooses how many hours before the start a ticket is fully refundable, or states plainly that tickets are final. The buyer sees it at checkout. Inside the window a refund request is valid; after it, the request is declined by the rule.

Each session carries a cancellation policy that the buyer accepts before paying. Cancel inside the window and a refund is due; outside it, it is not. For a package, cancelling in time returns the session credit instead.

Nothing. There is no monthly plan, no setup cost and no listing fee. NefyX charges a 4.5% platform fee on each completed sale, taken out of the price you set rather than added on top, so your buyer pays exactly what you chose. When you are not selling, you are not paying.
